About the ProjectAs a Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for turning prioritized customer-service scenarios into reliable, production-ready AI workflows. You will design and implement end-to-end orchestration, ensuring that the logic, SOPs, and system integrations result in accurate, consistent AI responses.Our Customer (logistics industry), handles approximately 20 million customer queries via email annually across 200+ distinct business scenarios. They are now entering a massive scale-up phase, aiming to automate ~15% of the annual global email volume.
