About the Project

We are looking for a highly skilled Expert Infrastructure Consultant to spearhead a critical infrastructure modernization project for a leading global client in the manufacturing sector.

In this consultative role, you will take full ownership of evaluating the client's current setup, architecting a secure, scalable DevOps environment, and designing a new build and artifact server configuration. A key focus of this project is the integration of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and secure software signing.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

As an Expert Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the architectural direction and delivering concrete, high-level documentation. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assessment: Conducting a thorough evaluation of the client's existing infrastructure and environment.
• Architecture & Design: Designing a robust, secure, and scalable build and artifact server setup aligned with modern DevOps best practices.
• Solution Proposal: Preparing a comprehensive solution design that includes realistic cost estimates for both implementation and future technical training.
• Knowledge Transfer: Laying the groundwork to deliver technical training and seamless knowledge transfer to the internal teams.

Expected Deliverables:

1. A comprehensive Design Proposal for the new infrastructure setup.
2. A detailed Cost Estimate covering both the implementation phase and the required training.

What We Are Looking For

• Senior Expertise: Proven track record as a Senior or Expert Infrastructure Consultant/Architect.
• DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Strong hands-on experience with build pipelines, artifact management systems, and designing secure, scalable environments.
• Security & Compliance: Demonstrated, proven experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) integration and secure software signing mechanisms.
• Consultative Skills: Ability to provide strategic architecture recommendations, deliver formal solution designs, and accurately estimate implementation costs.
• Training Capabilities: Experience in delivering technical training and managing structured knowledge transfers.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (min. C1), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
