We are currently looking for an experienced Optimizely Advisor to join an international team responsible for implementing and evolving a global Optimizely CMS platform. You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding platform owners and content teams on CMS best practices, governance, and scalable multi-market rollouts while ensuring a consistent and future-proof content architecture.Project information:Type of project: Global CMS Implementation / Digital Platform Office location: Poznań, Poland Work mode: Remote Budget: 160--210 PLN net/h -- B2B Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)Project scope:Act as the Optimizely CMS subject matter expert for the implementation and rollout of a global website platformDefine and promote Optimizely CMS best practices for content architecture, site structures, page hierarchies, and content assetsSupport the setup of the global master site and ensure a scalable foundation for multi-market rolloutsEstablish and maintain CMS governance standards across global and local implementationsGuide project teams and market stakeholders on applying the global content model while supporting localization requirementsEnsure local market implementations follow approved architecture, governance principles, and content standardsReview proposed solutions and recommend improvements to ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform consistencyProvide expert guidance on permissions, editorial workflows, and access management within Optimizely CMSCollaborate with platform owners to continuously improve implementation guidelines and rollout processesIdentify opportunities to optimize CMS governance and streamline future market deploymentsCompetence demands:6+ years of professional experience working with enterprise CMS platformsExtensive hands-on experience with Optimizely CMSProven experience delivering multilingual and multi-market website implementationsStrong understanding of content architecture, governance, localization, and CMS best practicesExperience with master-site and market rollout strategies across multiple countriesAbility to advise stakeholders and challenge non-standard solutions when neededStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in international enterprise environmentsVery good English skillsNice to have:Experience defining CMS governance frameworksKnowledge of digital content strategy and editorial workflowsExperience with enterprise website transformation projectsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologiesWe offer:100% remote working modelFull-time job agreement based on B2BPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs)Multisport card (also for an accompanying person)Life insuranceRecruitment process:Introductory callTechnical interviewFinal decision
