Scrum Master/ Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst with a strong technical understanding and proven experience working in agile delivery environments. This hybrid role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with business analysis, application support coordination, testing, and stakeholder management.The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications across multiple markets.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: WrocławWork model: hybrid - max. 2 days/ week in the officeBudget: 100 -- 120 PLN net/ h - b2bOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP Project scope:Serve as the Scrum Master for the Core TeamFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsEnsure Scrum principles and Agile best practices are followedRemove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals Handle and coordinate Level 3 and Level 4 support ticketsInvestigate and support the resolution of complex functional and technical issuesTest bug fixes and technical/functional enhancements prior to production deploymentAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsPrepare functional documentation to support technical studies and development initiativesCoordinate application roll-outs and deployments across multiple marketsWork closely with business stakeholders representing each market Ensure effective communication between business users, development teams, and support teamsCompetence demands:Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar rolesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments within international organizationsExperience supporting business-critical applications and coordinating releasesScrum Master certificationBasic SQL knowledge and ability to execute simple queriesBasic Linux skills, including: connecting to servers via SSH, copying files using SCPBasic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including: Azure DevOps, GitLabExperience testing application enhancements and defect fixesNice to have: basic knowledge of Grafana (ability to retrieve and analyze logs)Very good command of EnglishWe offer:Hybrid work opportunityDynamic and innovation-driven engineering environmentFull-time job agreement based on b2bPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs)Multisport card (also for an accompanying person)Life insurance
