ServiceNow HAM Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Administrator to join an international team responsible for implementing and optimizing hardware asset management processes within the ServiceNow platform.In this role, you will configure and administer the ServiceNow HAM Pro module, ensuring efficient asset lifecycle management, governance, reporting, and CMDB alignment. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver a reliable and scalable Hardware Asset Management solution while supporting operational excellence and KPI-driven processes.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: Katowice, PolandWork mode: Fully RemoteBudget: 100-160 PLN net/hour -- B2BProject length: Long-termOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)Project scope:Configure and administer the ServiceNow HAM Pro module in line with approved business processes.Configure asset classes, models, stockrooms, and lifecycle states.Configure HAM workflows and approval mechanisms.Support asset onboarding and asset repository setup.Configure reports, dashboards, and operational views.Support CMDB--HAM synchronization and Configuration Item (CI) alignment.Ensure asset lifecycle data completeness and KPI data readiness.Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve hardware asset management processes.Competence demands:6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow and IT Asset Management.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.Good understanding of the Hardware Asset Management lifecycle and asset governance.Experience with CMDB fundamentals and CI alignment.Experience configuring reports, dashboards, and operational views.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and platform configuration.Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Fluent English.We offer:Fully remote working model.Full-time B2B cooperation.Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).Multisport card (also for an accompanying person).Life insurance.Recruitment process:Introductory call.Technical interview.Final decision.
