About The Role And The Team

We are looking for a (Senior) HR Digitalisation Specialist to join our forward-thinking HR Digitalisation team. In this role, your primary focus will be on our foundational systems: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time & Attendance, data and organizational structures, and integrations.

You won't just maintain systems - you will act as the crucial facilitator and translator between business and technology. We need someone who deeply understands HR data structures, data flows between systems/modules, and HR IT applications in general.

You will drive digital initiatives from needs identification to implementation, ensuring we build solutions that truly make sense.

Working with us, you will receive:

  • A stable, full-time employment contract within a truly global organization
  • Tailored learning and development opportunities designed to accelerate your professional growth
  • Hybrid work model, combining remote work opportunities with work in an office in the Szczecin City Center
  • Flexible working hours
  • A benefits package (private medical healthcare, life insurance, sports card, etc.)
  • Scandinavian work culture informal, built on open dialogue, and committed to work-life balance

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Bridging the gap between HR and IT. You will question HR on their requirements while challenging technical experts on system possibilities
  • Partnering with HR Process Owners and HRIT to translate needs into standardized digital solutions, workflows, and transparent data architecture
  • Structuring and facilitating complex initiatives from needs identification to delivery, simplifying complex technical or HR topics so all parties understand the goal
  • Coordinating with HRIT, HR Data teams, Local/Global HR, and external vendors to roll out digital tools
  • Acting as a trusted advisor who isn't afraid of challenging conversations with different stakeholders across the globe
  • Proactively monitoring solution performance and system usage to drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Be part of an agile delivery team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner and HRIT colleagues to ensure solutions bring value to the business.

Apply today if you:

  • Bring at least 3 years of experience as an HR Digitalisation Specialist, HRIS Consultant, or in a closely related role
  • Possess a solid understanding and interest of both operational HR processes and the underlying IT data structures, flows, and system integrations
  • Are comfortable challenging the status quo, pushing back on requirements to deliver solutions that actually matter and help users in their daily tasks
  • Have a proven track record of facilitating conversations between cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, external vendors) and driving initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Combine strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a relevant field
  • Are highly structured, organized, and comfortable navigating complex organizational landscapes
  • Are fluent in English

It would be nice if you:

  • Bring practical project management experience to the table
  • Hold relevant certifications in HR systems, Agile, or project management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Agile, Prince2)

We are waiting to hear from you!
