Work Model: 100% remoteContract Type: B2B (160-200 PLN/h + VAT)Responsibilities:• Act as a hands-on Cyber Security Engineer supporting both enterprise IT and OT/IoT environments.• Implement, configure, and maintain security controls across identity and access management, cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection platforms.• Design, deploy, and support security controls for OT/IoT environments, including network segmentation, asset visibility, device onboarding, and monitoring.• Collaborate with network, cloud, product, and infrastructure teams to implement and enhance security architectures and controls.• Support MDR/SOC operations through detection tuning, alert validation, SIEM integrations, and monitoring improvements.• Participate in incident response activities, remediation efforts, and post-incident security hardening across IT and OT/IoT environments.• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security standards while identifying and remediating security gaps.Requirements: Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of hands-on Cyber Security Engineering experience, including implementation and operation of security controls in production environments.• Strong experience with IAM/PAM, cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection technologies (EDR/XDR).• Hands-on experience securing OT/IoT, industrial, or connected-device environments.• Experience working with SIEM platforms and supporting SOC/MDR operations.• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident response skills.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Preferred Qualifications:• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, Security+, or equivalent security certifications.• Experience with OT/IoT security platforms such as Claroty, Dragos, or Nozomi.• Knowledge of IEC 62443 or other industrial cybersecurity standards.• Experience in a client-facing, embedded, resident engineer, or managed services environment.• Familiarity with identity governance, privileged access management, and non-human identity (NHI) security concepts.• Experience supporting manufacturing, technology, energy, or utility-sector organizations.Our offer:• MultiSport Plus• Group insurance• Medicover Premium• e-learning platform
