In this role, you will work on the core platform architecture, developing systems that support multi-agent workflows, advanced retrieval capabilities, and real-time interactions with AI models. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous tool-calling mechanisms, and fault-tolerant recovery strategies.Build and optimize advanced RAG pipelines, including semantic chunking, data ingestion processes, reranking techniques, and vector database integrations.Develop high-performance backend services focused on low latency, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.Architect and maintain event-driven, asynchronous systems utilizing streaming protocols and state-machine-based workflows.ExpectationsExpert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) with strong software engineering and backend development experience.
