Location: Fully RemoteExperience: 6 YearsWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Administrator/Consultant to support the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) module. The role focuses on enabling asset lifecycle management, governance processes, operational reporting, and KPI data readiness.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and enhance the ServiceNow HAM Pro module in line with approved business processesConfigure asset classes, models, stockrooms, and lifecycle statesSet up HAM workflows, approvals, and governance controlsSupport asset onboarding activities and asset repository setupConfigure reports, dashboards, and operational viewsSupport CMDB-HAM synchronization and CI alignment activitiesEnsure asset lifecycle data quality, completeness, and KPI readinessPerform data validation and reconciliation activitiesSupport testing, UAT, and go-live preparationsRequired Skills & Experience6 years of ServiceNow experienceStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM ProSolid understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and hardware asset lifecycle processesGood knowledge of CMDB fundamentals and asset-to-CI relationshipsExperience with asset lifecycle management and governance processesServiceNow administration and configuration expertiseExperience building reports, dashboards, and operational metricsIf you have a strong background in ServiceNow HAM Pro and are passionate about improving asset management processes and data quality, we would love to hear from you.
