UX/UI Designer

The roleWe're looking for a Mid UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of experience designing digital products. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create intuitive user experiences, polished interfaces, and maintain consistent design systems.You'll join one of our long-term product teams working on a web platform that supports project and resource management, task planning, capacity planning, reporting, and collaboration across multiple user roles. As the platform continues to evolve, you'll design intuitive user flows and interfaces for a wide range of users - from project managers and operational teams to partners and reporting stakeholders -- helping shape new features and improve the overall user experience.This is a full-time (1 FTE), fixed-term contract from August 15th until January 31st, dedicated to a specific product development project.What you'll doDesign user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for a complex web platform.Create intuitive interfaces for different user groups, including project managers, operational teams, partners, and reporting users.Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to design new features and improve existing workflows.Translate product requirements and business needs into clear, user-centered design solutions.Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.Identify usability improvements and refine the user experience based on feedback and product insights.Support product discovery, design reviews, and iterative improvements throughout the development process.What we're looking for2+ years of experience designing digital products as a UX/UI or Product Designer.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including UX thinking and polished UI.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Prototyping.Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, information architecture, and responsive design.Ability to independently own design tasks and effectively communicate design decisions.Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1, English B2)What we offer45-65 PLN/h netto + VAT, B2B100% remote setup and flexible hoursInteresting, meaningful projects -- we only take on the ones we truly believe in :-)
