Location: Kraków (hybrid work, 3 times per week from office)

Tasks:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities while optimizing cross-selling potential;
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and business stakeholders;
• Expand the client portfolio through direct engagement and strategic business meetings;
• Collaborate with the HAYS delivery team to align with client requirements;
• Negotiate B2B contracts in coordination with the legal department;
• Represent the organization at business networking events;
• Drive brand visibility and market recognition through promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT and/ or Engineering;
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships;
• Independence, proactive approach, and strategic thinking;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish;
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset;
• Can do attitude.
