Join us and contribute to shaping the future of financial services through innovative process solutions.Your main responsibilities:Design and configure business processes on the BPMS platform to streamline banking operationsOptimize existing workflows to enhance performance and operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain print templates utilizing XML and XSLT technologiesDeliver software solutions following the Software Development Life Cycle best practicesCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to process automation and platform integrationSupport the deployment of new features and process enhancementsMaintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development teamYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 2 years of experience in business process automation or BPMS rolesHands-on experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, or similarProficiency in programming languages and familiarity with BPMN and UML notationPractical knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, and CSSStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to optimize and enhance business processesExcellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilitiesEnglish proficiency at a communicative levelProactive, creative, and highly engaged attitudeIt is a strong plus if you have:Experience with SQL and database managementKnowledge of UI/UX principles and Design Thinking approachesFamiliarity with Scrum methodologyExperience with tools like Splunk and JiraUnderstanding of banking products, including accounts and loans for retail and business clientsLanguage Required for the role:Polish --- good command requiredEnglish --- communicative levelEligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
