You will support mission-critical platforms by maintaining system stability, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing process enhancements to ensure seamless transaction execution across international markets. Join a dynamic environment focused on delivering reliable, scalable payment services and fostering your professional growth.Your main responsibilities:Provide comprehensive day-to-day production support, including live incident resolution and post-incident problem management.Apply technical expertise to identify root causes of major system issues and implement effective solutions.Install and support new software releases from vendors.Develop and support locally created automation solutions using Shell Script, Java, Bash, or Python.Collaborate on testing activities related to new implementations.Work closely with global stakeholders to review, design, and enhance processes using innovative technologies.Evaluate and develop tools for architecture analysis and performance monitoring.Conduct data analysis to identify anomalies, support root cause analysis, and improve data integrity.Lead or support activities aimed at service improvement, capability enhancements, and process optimization.Assist in validation, development, and testing of system changes within an Agile/DevOps environment.You're ideal for this role if you have:At least 3 years of experience in production support or payment systems.Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.Minimum 3 years of Linux administration experience.At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes.Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture.Hands-on scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Java.Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, within a global organization.Proven ability to triage under pressure and prioritize effectively.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience in Payments industry.Knowledge of Python and Java development.Familiarity with Puppet, Ansible, or similar automation tools.Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or Splunk.Language Required for the role:Fluent English communication skills.Eligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
