Senior AI Solution Architect – Proposal Generation

Unleash the future of intelligent proposals --- lead innovation at the intersection of AI and banking!Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).As a Senior AI Solution Architect -- Proposal Generation, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial services, supporting the development of an AI-enabled proposal generation platform for Private Banking. This role combines strategic SME leadership with hands-on technical expertise to shape and deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform client engagement and operational efficiency. Join a team committed to pioneering responsible AI in a highly regulated environment, fostering innovation and impactful career growth.Your main responsibilities:Lead the design and build-out of the AI proposal generation system, including workflow design, agent orchestration, and integration with content sources and external tools.Contribute hands-on to AI agent workflows, prototype development, and production system enhancements, providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.Develop and validate workflows for data retrieval, content sourcing, proposal assembly, disclosures, and traceability, ensuring compliance and operational transparency.Define technical requirements for data sourcing, transformation, quality, metadata, and governance, supporting a robust data ecosystem.Produce detailed documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and readiness packs to support design reviews and assurance activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, impact assessments, and sequencing, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.Capture non-functional requirements focusing on performance, security, resilience, scalability, and observability.Establish evaluation and monitoring protocols, success metrics, and telemetry for AI solution performance and operational health.You're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 5 years of experience in technology delivery analysis, solutions delivery, or related roles within complex enterprises.Proven experience in building or delivering AI proposal/document generation, agentic workflows, RAG, tool-calling, automation, or digital platforms.Strong expertise with APIs, data flows, event-driven processes, and system integrations across teams.Ability to translate strategic outcomes and architecture directions into detailed requirements, plans, and acceptance criteria.Experience in regulated environments such as banking or financial services, with an understanding of governance, risk, and compliance standards.Hands-on developer skills including coding, configuration, prototyping, and troubleshooting within AI or automation solutions.Familiarity with proposal platforms, content retrieval systems, or client reporting solutions is a plus.Deep knowledge of AI architectures, including agent patterns, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLMOps.Strong communication skills in English (fluent level required), with the ability to engage with global stakeholders.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience with investment proposal platforms, private banking workflows, or client reporting tools.Knowledge of AI risk management, privacy, security, auditability, and regulation adherence within financial environments.Prior experience with HSBC or similar globally distributed delivery frameworks and standards.Language Required for the role:Fluent English, excellent command.Eligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
