Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant

nGAGE Talent is looking for a Junior TA Consultant to join one of our teams. In this role you would be filling high-volume technical positions in automation and robotics sector. But don't worry! We are happy to show you how it's done. Initial experience in recruitment is advantageous, but not necessary. We are looking for positive mindset and proactive approach.

The profile we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• High level of customer awareness / customer service ethic
• Confidence on the phone, not scared to speak to candidates, team members and managers
• Willingness to learn the role and industry
• Strong ownership and a proactive mindset

Role scope:

• Developing sourcing methods via different channels
• Creating talent pools and building databases of relevant candidates
• Screening candidates via phone/teams chat
• Presenting candidates to the manager or senior team member
• Cooperating closely with the team and managers
• Building strong relationships with your network
