In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to design and implement reliable AI workflows that enhance productivity in customer service. Your tasks
- Designing and implementing end-to-end AI workflows for customer service scenarios
- Integrating data and systems to ensure seamless workflow orchestration
- Developing maintainable and testable code using Java or Scala
- Creating SQL-based transformations and data models for accurate data handling
- Connecting workflows to upstream and downstream platforms via APIs or event streams
- Collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers to debug and resolve data issues
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development with strong programming skills in Java
- Proficiency in SQL for data modeling, queries, and transformations
- Experience with integrations using APIs or event streams like Kafka
- Solid understanding of coding practices, including unit testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Advanced level of English
