For a client in the e-commerce industry, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst RESPONSIBILITIESProvide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML Scoring domain for Sponsored OffersTranslate complex product hypotheses into robust analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a decision-quality analytics layer to enhance product prioritization, experimentation quality, and KPI governanceREQUIREMENTSProven track record in independently delivering complex analytical projects that drive product or business decisionsAdvanced mastery of SQL, including the optimization of high-scale analytical queries and automated metric pipelinesProficiency in Python-based analytical workflows, ensuring reproducible and version-controlled data analysisExpert-level experimentation competencies, encompassing A/B testing design, statistical interpretation and strategic recommendation framingExpertise in translating strategic goals into structured analytical frameworks and delivering clear, actionable conclusions to senior stakeholdersExtensive experience in defining, validating, and governing product KPI sets to support iterative product deliveryProficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools while maintaining strict analytical rigor and methodology traceabilityEnglish at least B2 levelNICE TO HAVEExperience in AdTech, marketplace ranking, or recommendation analyticsPractical experience in causal inference methods beyond standard A/B testingExperience mentoring analysts and setting analysis standards in multi-team environmentsFamiliarity with cloud-native analytics stacks on GCPWHAT DO WE OFFER ON THIS PROJECT?Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 125-140 PLN/hour100% remote work / Warsaw 1 day per monthThe support of a dedicated mentor.
