Role Description

The Master Data Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Warsaw, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. This role is responsible for maintaining, validating, and updating master data across key systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. The Master Data Specialist will monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and coordinate data cleansing activities, working closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying master data records, documenting data standards, supporting data governance processes, and contributing to continuous improvements in master data management. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency through high-quality data.

Qualifications Candidates should possess

  • strong Master Data and Master Data Management skills, with experience managing large datasets across multiple systems,
  • solid Data Quality and Data Management skills, including data validation, cleansing, and adherence to data governance standards,
  • effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and explain data issues clearly,
  • proficiency in relevant business systems and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, MDM platforms, Excel, data analysis tools),
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to process improvement,
  • relevant experience in a similar data-focused role, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or telecommunications, is beneficial,
  • a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
