About the Role
We are recruiting for a Contract Negotiator to join a global clinical research organisation in a sponsor-dedicated model, supporting one leading pharmaceutical company. This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders while focusing on the negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements across Poland.
Working within an experienced contracts team, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance and Study Start-Up teams to ensure studies are initiated efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of clinical trial agreements, including Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), Amendments and related legal documents.
- Negotiate site budgets within approved parameters.
- Manage contracts from initial drafting through to execution.
- Liaise directly with investigative sites, hospitals and external legal representatives to resolve contractual issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Legal, Study Start-Up and Finance teams.
- Identify contractual risks and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and tracking systems.
- Support study timelines by ensuring timely contract negotiation and execution.
- Ensure all agreements comply with local regulations, sponsor requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience negotiating clinical trial contracts within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
- Experience managing Clinical Trial Agreements and site contract negotiations.
- Understanding of clinical trial regulations and the study start-up process.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Law, Business or a related field is preferred.
